Future Search Conference
From 30 up to more than 150 people – preferably in an interdisciplinary composition – develop and plan the future of their system in a given structure. In five to eight process steps, the group analyses its past as well as the external and internal reality of its organization, drafts future scenarios and finds common objectives. Then, areas of action, measures and approaches for implementation are defined.
